If you see something in or near the tracks that is potentially dangerous, call the police right away.

Examples of such situations might be

  • animals or people in and around the tracks
  • other emergencies

Customer service

If you have any questions, send us a message in the chat. The chat is open Monday - Friday from 08:00 - 19:00. The chat is also open during our opening hours on weekends, public holidays and Christmas and New Year's Eve.

The customer center is also available by e-mail or phone.

You request assistance by filling out and submitting the form at least 24 hours ahead. We will arrange the rest.

Request assistance at Oslo Airport Gardermoen

If you are traveling by plane, or arriving at Gardermoen by plane, you must book assistance through the airline, at least 48 hours in advance.

Opening hours

All inquiries from the media are handled by our press office. The service is open 24 hours.

Private individuals must contact customer service during their opening hours.

Postal reception

Bane NOR has a central archive service that is responsible for our joint mail reception. Here we handle all types of incoming mail for the group.
